The deposit is half the fee, paid before the therapist sets out on most bookings, and it counts toward the fee rather than sitting on top of it.
A deposit is the part of the fee paid ahead of time to confirm a booking. Here it is half of the price on the ladder, and it is part of that price, not an extra: the balance handed over on arrival is simply the other half. The exact sum is written into the WhatsApp thread when the booking is accepted, and it is paid before the therapist sets out for the address.
Seven kinds of booking carry one. A booking made more than 24 hours ahead. Every overnight. Every booking with two therapists. Any Schiphol or airport-hotel booking, which is by arrangement, with the journey time agreed with you before anything is fixed. Any peak date, among them King's Day, ADE and Pride, the Christmas and New Year fortnight, and the weeks when large conferences fill the city. Any session of three hours or more. And the first booking from a new client, whatever its length.
Only one kind of booking is paid in full at the door: a massage of one or two hours, wanted today, by someone who has booked with the house before. Change any part of that and the deposit applies again.
The share never moves, whichever row of the table the booking sits on. An overnight with one therapist is confirmed with half of it. So is a two-hour booking with two therapists, whether one client or a couple is being worked on. A newcomer's single hour needs half of that hour before she sets out, and a two-hour session arranged for tomorrow needs half of the two.
Card is the usual way to pay it, and Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency are accepted for a client who prefers one of those. Bank transfer and cash are not deposit methods. Payment details are given only inside the accepted booking thread; a request for money from any other source should be ignored.
Cancelling never costs damages. What the house keeps is the part of the fee already earned when your message arrives: nothing if you cancel more than 24 hours before the booked time, half the deposit inside those 24 hours, and the whole deposit once your therapist has set out. If another client books the hour, the deposit comes back in full, and if you can show the house lost less than it kept, it keeps less.
