Send us a message on WhatsApp or Telegram with the therapist you would like, the technique, the duration, and your hotel or address. We respond within about ten minutes during operating hours. Most guests message straight from the room and never leave it.
In central Amsterdam, typically forty to sixty minutes after your booking is confirmed, and confirmation itself takes about ten minutes. A message sent before midnight usually means a session underway well before one.
Yes. The line is answered twenty-four hours a day, every day, and the rate after midnight is the same as the rate at noon. There is no after-hours surcharge and no hour when the line closes.
She arrives like any visitor and goes straight to the room number you give her, so there is nothing for you to arrange at reception. Every building has its own rules for visitors. If yours asks guests to meet visitors in the lobby, say so when you book and that is how it will run.
All of central Amsterdam at the standard rate, with no travel surcharge inside the ring, the canal-ring properties, the towers near Centraal, the Zuidas conference hotels, and the apartment districts between them. Schiphol airport hotels are available by arrangement, with the journey time agreed with you before anything is fixed.
Nothing. Your therapist arrives with warm oils, fresh towels, and a portable massage sheet that protects the hotel bedding. A shower beforehand is appreciated; the rest is handled.
Prices are in euro, and the euro figure is the price of the booking. Cash in another major currency is accepted, and the exact amount in that currency is confirmed to you in writing before she sets out. A deposit can be paid by card; Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency are also accepted if you prefer. Arrange the method in advance. The remainder is paid at the door.
Yes, for most bookings: half the fee confirms anything booked in advance, every overnight, two-therapist and airport booking, sessions of three hours or more, and a first booking with the house. Only a same-day session of one or two hours from a returning client is paid entirely on arrival. If you cancel, what the house keeps is the part of the fee it has already earned by then, on the scale set out on the booking terms page. A booking made in bad faith may be reported to the police.
Yes. Therapists arrive in everyday clothing; hotel names and room numbers are kept confidential and never reused; and booking information is never shared with another business. There is no public address on our side because there is no studio.
Yes. A couple can book one therapist for the two of you, or two therapists working side by side in your room, while four-hand massage is two therapists working on one guest. Mention either when you message, and both names are confirmed in the thread before anyone sets out.
Yes. Private residences, Airbnbs, and short-stay apartments are served exactly like hotels, at the same rate. Address details are kept confidential and never reused.
Your therapist does. She sets her own limits, she tells you what they are, and they hold for the whole visit. She may decline a booking before or after it reaches her, without giving a reason, and she may end a visit at any point. If a limit she has set is pressed, the visit ends there and then, the fee for the time reserved stays due, and nothing further is charged on top of it.
Everyone who books and everyone present during a session has to be twenty-one or over. When she arrives, your therapist may ask to see photo identification. She looks at it and hands it straight back; she does not copy, scan or photograph it, and nothing from it is written down. If she cannot satisfy herself that the whole room is twenty-one or over, she leaves before the session begins.
