How to request removal of content you believe infringes your rights.
Massage in Amsterdam respects intellectual property rights. We respond to clear, specific takedown requests for content that genuinely infringes a third party's copyright, image rights, or other personal rights.
All photographs on this site are taken by our own team. We do not use stock imagery, social-media reposts, or third-party photographers. Every therapist on the roster has signed a usage agreement covering the photographs we publish of her. If you believe a photograph published on this site is yours and was used without permission, the takedown procedure below applies.
Send a notice by WhatsApp to +31 651 696 659 containing:
We acknowledge takedown notices within forty-eight hours. Where the request is clear and substantiated, we remove the contested content while the matter is reviewed. Counter-notices from the original publisher (typically the therapist herself) are processed in the same timeframe.
Notices that are knowingly false, abusive, or designed to harass a therapist on our roster will be rejected and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We are not a venue for personal disputes.
If content is removed and the original publisher disputes the removal, they have the right to file a counter-notice. We will reinstate the content if no follow-up action is taken within ten days of the counter-notice.
